Just because I hate greasy food and try to eat as lil fried food as possibal he thinks I&#8217;m anorexica.(not kidding he said to me are u becoming anorexica)<br><br>Dude my dad does the same exact thing. He&#8217;ll be like hey Lyss you want to go to McDonalds and I&#8217;ll say No I&#8217;m good and he calls me a snob for not wanting it. Do our parents not understand that McDonalds is not actually food? It is all garbage. My gosh, well at least you and I know it&#8217;s bad. Yeah my dad and grandpa made fun of me on Saturday because I didn&#8217;t want to eat greasy food when we were out to eat . My grandpa said ohh little anorexic over there is going up town on us. I am not kidding he said that. Considering I&#8217;ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder that isn&#8217;t funny. I&#8217;m 5&#8217;5 and 120. I&#8217;m trying to get down to 110 again. Damn parents.I guess just ignore them because you can&#8217;t change their warped views on &quot;food&quot;. I don&#8217;t enjoy the taste of fast food like that, and I actually want to take care of my body. Your bile inside your body is a green color, this is what breaks down foods, sometimes causing your feces to be a green color. Don&#8217;t sweat it unless you consistently digest the green color. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Friday I ran 8 miles w/ hills. Saturday i walked for about an hour around town. Sunday I ran about 3 miles up hills while sprinting. I also did squats and lunges until my legs were about to explode. I&#8217;m an XC runner. I&#8217;m 5&#8217;5 and 123ish pounds but I&#8217;ve gaind about a pound from Friday. Should i take today off and let my legs drain? They&#8217;re very bloated and I feel like I&#8217;m retaining water in my legs. Or, will running help me get rid of muscle bloat in legs?<br />Thanks. <br />P.S. I also eat aobut 1200-1400 calories a day.<br><br>First of all, I think you should be eating a few more calories than that, especially if you&#8217;re running that much.</p>
<p>Second, running is an excellent exercise, whether you&#8217;re trying to lose weight or just maintain a healthy lifestyle. Seeing as you ran/walked about 12 hours over the weekend, it&#8217;d be fine to slow it down. Gaining a pound or two isn&#8217;t a big deal. It&#8217;s pperfectly normal for your weight to be a pound heavier or a pound lighter, even if it has only been several hours since weighing yourself. </p>
<p>As for taking today off, go ahead. If you feel like you need a break it shouldn&#8217;t be a problem. You did a lot of running over the weekend. Your muscles need to stop and heal up.<br><br>You should let your legs recover, I&#8217;m a runner as well and I&#8217;m currently training for a half marathon, I let my legs when I feel like overuse them, if you feel like you need a day off, then most likely you do, try something relaxing instead like yoga or pilates. PS. The pound is most likely from muscle, muscles weigh more than fat.<br><br>It&#8217;s good to take a break and do other forms of exercise every other day. Try weightlifting or yoga. The weights are good for working out your upper body and balancing out your exercise. Yoga is good for relaxing the muscles which can be equally beneficial. Also, a good and short hot shower can do wonders for your aching muscles.<br><br>Our weight fluctuates, sometimes you gain a pound or two and lose them. Its mostly water weight.Since you&#8217;ve been running all weekend including Friday, you should lay off for a day&#8230;maybe do some other type of exercises.<br><br>take a day off.. your body needs to have time to recover. going balls to the wall won&#8217;t help. Try eating closer to the 1200 calories on days that you rest but make sure they are *healthy* calories, that will help your body recover</p>

I would go with the protein shake mix.<br><br>If you can&#8217;t afford protein shakes then just consume more protein in your food. Cheap means less effective. Poor supplements usually have a very poor absorbance effect so you really aren&#8217;t getting the same effect because your body isn&#8217;t absorbing the protein.<br />(plus they aren&#8217;t THAT expensive)</p>
